The Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry renews for the 121st time this Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, AL. This is only the fourth time the two teams have met with both teams being ranked in the Top 10. Auburn is number 10 and the Georgia Bulldogs are the number one ranked team in the College Football Playoff Poll.
Bird (Autull) and Ross (@RossDellenger) begin the conversation with a little chat on baseball before they get down to the nitty gritty of LSU vs. Alabama. Yes, the Houston Astros, a few miles west of Baton Rouge on I-10 West, just defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers to capture the World Series title. The Astros had a great deal of help from two former LSU stars, Alex Bregman and Will Harris, in winning the fall classic in seven games.
